Sweet Valentine Smoothie! Toddler friendly!

Valentine’s Day is this week and we have sweet smoothie you can make for your Valentine! It’s very toddler and diet friendly 🙂

Sweet Valentine Smoothie

Ingredients
  1. 1 small greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  2. 3 or 4 frozen strawberries
  3. 20 or so frozen blueberries
  4. 1 half frozen banana
  5. 1 Tsp flax seed
  6. 1 Tsp chia seeds
  7. A couple of splashes of your favorite juice (we used orange juice)
Instructions
  1. Add all of your ingredients to your blender, blend until smooth and enjoy! Be sure to use a thicker straw or spoon so your chia seeds don't get stuck.
